My Blue Umbrella

Well, it was September with rain so there’s a song titled September rain (what’s the correlation anyway??? -_-“). I’m quite different than any common girls because I don’t like bringing umbrella in my bag. In my opinion it’s so girl thing and I hate it (actually, it’s making my load heavier). It’s some kinda funny because I’m a girl though (laughing out loud to myself.. ^o^). Yeah, you can call me tomboy but not really because I still have long hair, use make up a lil’ bit, wear girl suit eventhough i don’t pretty like skirt but sometimes I wear it to go to church, put my feet on girl shoes but please without ribbon on them (hell no!!!) and the most important that I should give red line is I’M NOT A LESBIAN (I’m normal and like boys so much *.*). That’s me.

Well, what am I going to tell anyway?? It’s about the blue umbrella of mine. On Friday, it was a very hard and windy rain (it was alike storm) at the afternoon about 4.30 PM. I was on the way back home alone. I got on the microlet (mini bus) from my campus, University of Indonesia. I starred up to the sky and it was black, grey, or whatever, all I saw was dark and cloudy. I knew it’s going to rain (heavy rain!!!) but silly me, eventhough I’d already known what would happen I didn’t think to bring an umbrella (it didn’t across my mind at all then and besides that I didn’t have any..). Hahahaa... and voila!! It’s about 200 meters more just before I got the spot to take another microlet and bbbyyuuuurrrr...!!! Rain came suddenly and made all had touched by them wet. And hikss... what about me, dude?? I was all about wet!! Completely!! I stepped down from the microlet, paid the fare and then I ran as fast as I could to find a place hide from rain.

Oh, yeah I was chill and froze!! Bbrrrrrr.. My shoes were wet, my bag was wet, my suits were wet, my hair, and oohh..!!! It was my unlucky day.. T.T!! Oh, thank God, I didn’t have to wait too long for my chance to get into another microlet and take me to continue my way home. I felt like a fool with undescribed messy look. Allrite, whatever I tried to ignore people’s eyes on me!! (Actually, it was a bashful moment!!! T___T!! S.O.S!!) and the cold air made me wanna pee at the time and I had to hold it somehow because i was on the toll road!! >.<”). Jeez!!! And finally I got home... (The only good thing of the day!!!). I took a bath and hhaaasssschiiii... (i sneezed while scrathing my red nose just like Rudolf the red nosed reindeer carol!!). I fell asleep and got fever (mommy insisted me to take medicines which i hate, they were bitter!! Yaacckkss!!). Uuhh,, Daddy got mad at me because i was careless about my own health and then tommorrow he bought me an umbrella, it’s such nice and i like it so much because it’s BLUE!!! Oohh, Daddy thank you.. cupcup!! I brought it back to my boarding house at Depok. As i said previously that i just like it but i’m pretty rare using it though and still don’t want to bring it in my bag!! I just keep it good and there’s my family name written on umbrella’s belt “PASARIBU’S”. Thanks a lots of lot of my beloved Daddy. I love you so much!!
